I found these great guys about two years ago after a less than satisfying experience at another shop. Now, I've had my car in several times fixing some expensive problems. These guys always took care of me, either giving me a ride home or to work and even getting me a rental car when they needed to keep my car. That being said, I had my Audi serviced 2-3 weeks ago, just basic stuff. I received a call from them the other day making sure everything was good with my vehicle and if I had any questions. It was that small gesture that really keeps me coming back to Quality 1. Car mechanics are not hard to find, Good people who care are. A big thank you to everyone at Quality1.

Again, everything went well with your repair of my Cougar. You guys do a very good job. Sometimes you have to educate me on the whys and reasons for when certain things need to be done to one of my vehicles. Thanks Scott, Jason, and the rest of your crew.
