Excellent Customer Service.

Quality Auto has serviced both my C-class & E-class sedans for 8 years now. I have had 4 bad experiences recently with the new Fletcher Jones dealership in Murrieta & I wish I had never given them a try. The whole staff at Quality is friendly, prompt & courteous. Quality came highly recommended to me by a friend who has his MBZ serviced with them & now please consider my recommendation of Quality to you. There are a lot of service shops in Temecula to choose from, even big dealerships, but Quality truly is #1.

First time taking my car to European Autowerks. Everyone I spoke with from the front desk to the mechanics were amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed interested in providing excellent service. They did a great job on fixing my car and were honest and fair to deal with. I definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking for a fair, honest and friendly location to get your car repaired by experts.

Cool staff, honest work and thorough explanations. Took in my 2013 A4 for service and it needed some extra love (i drive a lot). The courtesy shuttle service took me to work and I picked up my car the next day. These guys are legit.
