The team at European Autowerks were great. I had an intermittent engine light in my new to me Mercedes R320 Bluetec. Since I have a family trip to Oregon planned and no time of my own I brought it in. The team worked hard to find the problem. They actually performed systematic troubleshooting, not just replace and hope. I also asked them to do a basic inspection and see if there was anything else wrong. Since it is a used car with 80,000 miles on it, they found issues. Mostly due to an apparent lack of maintenance by the previous owner. While this maintenance was not cheap, because Mercedes Benz just aren't cheap to own, the team was honest and willing to work with me. For each issue they said they had the old parts or failing fluid to show me the issue. Nothing was hidden. When I picked up the car not only did it run better, the codes were cleared and filed at the shop, and the car was washed. At ever step the shop made me feel like they were working for me. I don't mind paying more for great service and great work. European Autowerks beats this with reasonable prices and excellent service.

Quality 1 Auto is the best. They gave me a ride to work after I dropped by car off and since I wanted to pick it up before they'd had time to wash it, they even gave me a car wash code so I could get it washed another time. They are honest, reliable and good at what they do. I highly recommend them.

Prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable--everything I wanted and needed for my newish car. They answered all my questions (which were many!) with patience and thoroughness. When there was a delay in obtaining a part, I was kept apprised of the timing for that to be resolved. Superb customer care and service!
