I took my car to European Autoworks a couple of weeks ago because the temperature light on my car's panel came on when I started my car and was red when without driving it. I was out of town visiting my daughter and we looked up Volkswagon repair specialists where she lives. From the moment I took the car in I was treated as a real person and felt confident I had chosen the right place to get work done right for my car. I met with Jason, after talking to Brent on the phone. We discussed my problem and they took the car right away. They kept it over night to inspect it and found another concern. We discussed everything befor any work was done. When I went to pick up the car, Jason mentioned a couple of other things I should have done as well. There was no push to do them right then which I appreciated. John, my mechanic, was super nice and informative about what he would be dong to fix my car. Everyone was reassuring that if anything should go wrong after repairs were made to bring it back in, or if I needed their service in the future that they would be there to help. I will highly recommend this company. I believe they are honest, performed the repairs in a timely manner and communicated to me well so that I was comfortable with all the answers to my questions. I will definitely be returning in the future when there is a need for expert repair service for my 2004 New Beetle.
