service personnel were pleasant and provided detailed info on the diagnosis and recommended services. I did feel that they were a little lacking in providing progress status ... wasn't real clear if there was a possibility of being completed in one day ... but additional day was intimated as possibility ... which came to pass ... called the next work day to find out if it would be finished that day ... and was told it was most likely ... but that he would call directly after lunch to give me status ... he didn't call ... so I called them at 3:10 (as they close at 5:00) ... said still needed to test drive, align and wash ... would call when ready ... and did at 4:40. work so far seems to be done well ... car was clean and neat when returned ... in general, I am pleased with the experience.
