Great service and right on time!!

Service was excellent! Was able to get a comprehensive review of what services are required.

I brought my car in for a coolant leak. The team did a great job of identifying the issue, provided solutions, photo documentation, repair scope and made additional repair recommendations. Plus, I got a car wash. I'm the type to drive all over SoCal for a good mechanic and good service. I'm just glad that I think I may have found one locally.

I have an extended warranty and I have found that getting things covered with this extended warranty can be a real pain in the rear but Jason dealt with it and I didn't have to do anything he was awesome and I'm very pleased with the work they did

service personnel were pleasant and provided detailed info on the diagnosis and recommended services. I did feel that they were a little lacking in providing progress status ... wasn't real clear if there was a possibility of being completed in one day ... but additional day was intimated as possibility ... which came to pass ... called the next work day to find out if it would be finished that day ... and was told it was most likely ... but that he would call directly after lunch to give me status ... he didn't call ... so I called them at 3:10 (as they close at 5:00) ... said still needed to test drive, align and wash ... would call when ready ... and did at 4:40. work so far seems to be done well ... car was clean and neat when returned ... in general, I am pleased with the experience.
