Took my 2012 gti here because it was throwing a couple of codes as well as my o2 sensors not registering/reading for the monitors. Customer service was superb they were able to better assist me in every way possible, as well as giving alternative routes as why the o2 monitors weren't reading. Their diagnostic fee was incredibly inexpensive especially having my gti there for a couple of days. I would definitely go back there if any issues come forth in the future. Great communication and great service!

European Autowerks is great! The engine malfunction light came in my Jaguar. I searched Google for a Jaguar repair expert in the Temecula/Murrieta area. European Autowerks came as the best in the area. Their staff was polite. They did try to over-sell me services. Their prices are excellent. I will use European Autowerks anytime my Jaguar needs to be serviced and I highly recommend European Autowerks.

Service was great! I just got a used mini cooper and took it in for an oil change and the techs highlighted everything recommended without having a decent history. Definitely going back to get things sorted here in the future.

Just recently, European Autowerks technicians provided excellent and outstanding customer service on my 2017 Cadillac CT6 and 2008 Lexus RX300. Even though, the establishment main focus is on foreign vehicles, the mechanics there have the resident knowledge and expertise to work on all make and models across the board. I had transmission work done on the Caddy and electrical work done on the Lexus for a reasonable price where the dealerships wanted a lot more money. I highly recommend European Autowerks for all your automobile needs.

So, you know how when you bring your car to a mechanic and you feel like you're being deceived or "taken for a ride?" Well, this isn't that type of car shop. They are kind, transparent, patient, concise, and they get the job done ASAP. Never been happier with a mechanic, tbh. These are my go to guys from now on, no need to shop around and get different quotes and opinions, considering I only drive European cars. I can't say enough about these guys. They are truly a different caliber. They even washed my car and fixed my power window for free!
