Very happy that our issue was resolved quickly on our BMW. New to area and found this place online. Like that a full car diagnostic is always done to really let you know the state of the vehicle.
The technician was highly skilled and discovered black transmission fluid in my Mercedes CLS 500 during a routine oil change before it caused my transmission to fail. They even took the time to send a picture of the fluid samples.
