This shop is as honest as they get, which is rare for an auto service provider. These guys go as far as sending you digital pictures of what they're seeing to help you make your own decision about the work you want done. Case in point, took my vehicle to a dealer which said I needed new brakes. Got a second opinion at a Midas, which said brakes weren't as bad as the dealer said, but should be replaced really soon. Brought it to these guys, and they sent me pictures of my brakes that showed I had 9mm out of 12mm remaining in my brake pads...what the heck!!! Needless to say, the good people at Quality 1 earn your business with their honesty and professionalism, not by taking you for a drive. I will miss you guys now that I'm moving out of state. Oh yeah, they set me up so I can find another good mechanic at my new location. Simply great! Keep up the superb work.
