I have had 4 bad experiences recently with the new Fletcher Jones dealership in Murrieta & I wish I had never given them a try. The whole staff at Quality is friendly, prompt & courteous. Quality came highly recommended to me by a friend who has his MBZ serviced with them & now please consider my recommendation of Quality to you. There are a lot of service shops in Temecula to choose from, even big dealerships, but Quality truly is #1.

I used them twice for my wife's car and I have received professional service every time, although is a little to far for me, it's worth the extra time. I know they will have done right and ready as soon as possible.

Take a trip back in time when customer service was the number one priority and you might just end up at European Autowerks. These guys not only did what they promised, when they promised, they went the extra mile. Not to mention that my car was dirty when they got it and beautiful when they gave it back! I now have a service partner for my Porsche.

Service was up and above the normal service I have received in the past. Found them to be honest, communicate well and thorough. Will recommend them to everyone looking for a good honest company. Will only use them in the future. Jim at the front desk, very professional and answers all questions.

Trying to find a quality auto service is almost impossible these days. Once you find one, you need to keep it. European Autowerks is that service shop. I would much prefer having autowerks work on my car than the Mercedes dealership.
