Not to mention that my car ...More Take a trip back in time when customer service was the number one priority and you might just end up at European Autowerks. These guys not only did what they promised, when they promised, they went the extra mile. Not to mention that my car was dirty when they got it and beautiful when they gave it back! I now have a service partner for my Porsche.

My car runs as smooth as it did brand new in 2006. Everyone at European Autowerks is professional, polite and helpful. We drive from the Inland Empire just to get our car serviced there. I requested an appointment through their website during the weekend to get my 07 Mini Cooper S into the shop first thing Monday morning. I received a response promptly Monday morning prior to their store hours that accommodated my request. ...More I requested an appointment through their website during the weekend to get my 07 Mini Cooper S into the shop first thing Monday morning. I received a response promptly Monday morning prior to their store hours that accommodated my request. Jason was helpful and respectful from the get-go. I identified that I had an oil leak and was losing a substantial amount of fluid in a short amount of time and my idle fluctuating between 600-800RPM; not constant. The job required the front end of the car to be disassembled to locate and isolate the leak(s). They identified that the oil cooler gasket and oil filter stand gasket were the cause of my problems. They called me to inform me of the problem and solution prior to conducting the work. Through the process, e-mailed pictures of the location of the leak and the disassembly. They checked all my fluids while conducting the repairs, and informed me that the car was well over due for transmission fluid (provided photos as well). I recently bought the car used with 68k miles, and wouldn't be surprised if it was the original fluid, so I had them change it as well. I also needed new air mass meter boot, the original was held on by the hose clamp tied to a metal hose by a wire. With the amount of work to be done, my car had to be left over night to finish up the work the next day (Tuesday). Jason called me mid morning to tell me everything was put back together and that the engine makes a terrible 'hiss'. Being the boot had been faulty, and likely leaking--not creating a sufficient seal the hiss wasn't noticeable. The PVC valve's diaphragm was faulty and on the verge of failing which would have created a vacuum within the engine and displaced the engine oil. I authorized to have the valve cover replaced (PVC is embedded within). I picked up my Cooper Tuesday evening. She sounded great. I no longer had an idle problem. She ran great. I am a happy customer. I HIGHLY recommend them. I will be a return customer!! Thanks again guys!

Passing through Temecula, my 2006 mini cooper started acting up and had trouble starting. I was able to get my car into the shop first thing the next morning- and they diagnosed my battery and had it replaced by the early afternoon. While doing a complete service check they did discover a sliced transmission boot and severely contaminated fluid (emailed me photos before calling to discuss). They were able to repair my mini and get it back up to order within a day and a half. As I was in the middle of a trip - These guys being able to repair everything, with only two days down (although stuck in Temecula) just before continuing on a 600 mile drive - was amazing.

I had an intermittent engine light in my new to me Mercedes R320 Bluetec. Since I have a family trip to Oregon planned and no time of my own I brought it in. The team worked hard to find the problem. They actually performed systematic troubleshooting, not just replace and hope. I also asked them to do a basic inspection and see if there was anything else wrong. Since it is a used car with 80,000 miles on it, they found issues. Mostly due to an apparent lack of maintenance by the previous owner. While this maintenance was not cheap, because Mercedes Benz just aren't cheap to own, the team was honest and willing to work with me. For each issue they said they had the old parts or failing fluid to show me the issue. Nothing was hidden. When I picked up the car not only did it run better, the codes were cleared and filed at the shop, and the car was washed. At every step the shop made me feel like they were working for me. I don't mind paying more for great service and great work. European Autowerks beats this with reasonable prices and excellent service.

From the very start, I was treated like my business was treasured and that they wanted to earn my business for the long haul--not just a one-time event. Prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable--everything I wanted and needed for my newish car. They answered all my questions (which were many!) with patience and thoroughness. When there was a delay in obtaining a part, I was kept apprised of the timing for that to be resolved. Superb customer care and service!

Wonderful experience! Jim was able to get my car (MB) looked at ASAP. Service was completed quickly and stayed on estimate (and I was not overcharged). They didn't oversell me on random issues, and when we found that pesky malfunctioning sensor they even covered my rental for the day. Professional service A++++
