Both myself and my parents drive older model Mercedes (1994 E300 D and a 2000 CLK430) which can get to be temperamental. The guys over at European Autowerks perform excellent service for a fair price, and after their initial fix on my CLK I was happy to refer my mother to them as well. I just had my spark plugs changed (all 16 of them, V8 problems) and they took the time to fix my engine performance as well. It had been lagging for some time, and now my car runs like new! 5 stars and they will always have my patronage.

European Autowerks always has A1 customer service for all auto diagnosis and service follow up. The service is timely and effective at a great price. Been a loyal customer for five years.

My car broke down late at night on my way home from a business trip just 2 days before I was leaving the country on vacation. I had to have my car towed to Quality 1 simply because they were the closest shop that had an overnight key drop box so I had no idea what to expect. Luckily Jason and the rest of the team there were excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were able to get the problem diagnosed quickly and start the repairs before I left and then coordinated with my insurance while I was away. The car was fixed and ready to be picked up by the time I got home a week later. They took a situation that could have been a communication nightmare and made it a walk in the park. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a repair shop that treats you like family even when you are a total stranger.

If your a tech like myself and have 0 time to do major work quality one is your guys to go to. And they cleaned my car!!! They went the extra mile to clean my car!! I will be doing buisness with them agian.

European Autowerks met my short suspense needs to put my vehicle back on the road with fair price. They thoroughly inspected vehicle and offered recommendations.
