Scott, Baroni and the dedicated staff walked me through each diagnosis, were cognizant of my budget and my time. I am very happy with their quality and service. I love my 2011 BMW X5 Diesel That said I feared the check engine light and its 9 faults. Baroni and the Tech and team did everything to triage, fix and budget my problem. Daily calls with them put me at ease when I needed it. The owner follow up by Scott was exceptional. They are my new dealership. I will go no where else...thank you Scott and your staff.

Outstanding customer service I have a Mercedes SL63 AMG. I am new to the area did my research and European Autowerks came up called to make an appointment they were booked for the week. However, if I took my car in they would try to fit me in. I dropped my car off, the following day they were ready to work on my car. The entire staff were very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the work and the labor was within a fair price they even had my car washed. I will definitely take my car back for future service. You have gained a loyal customer.
