I had discovered the screws were missing on the right side of my hood latch, this could have been very dangerous while driving. I called EA and they immediately ordered the part/screws and installed it the next day. The Best service ever and at NO CHARGE. What a wonderful surprise 👏. I love my 2011 BMW X5 Diesel That said I feared the check engine light and its 9 faults. Baroni and the Tech and team did everything to triage, fix and budget my problem.
