I have always taken my car to European AutoWerks and have always had a great experience. They are very professional and smart. A text message is always followed up a few weeks after service by them, in Case I have any questions or concerns. The one time I did have a concern, they got me in immediately and addressed the issue (which was no fault of their own) for free, and I really appreciated it! They have a customer for life in me!

Amazing Service from this Auto Repair Shop! They helped inspect my Nissan Hybrid after it failed to accelerate . They did an amazing job with reviewing the car and they confirmed everything that was needed to have the car running at 100%. This was done back in June 2021 and my car has been running amazing ever seen. I highly recommend calling or emailing this location to see when they are available and if they have a history working on your car type. They did a great job with my Nissan Hybrid and i will be sure to visit this location again if i ever need repairs done.

The team at European Autowerks knows what it's doing. They diagnosed my Volvo quickly, told me exactly what was wrong with it, and let me know what was needed to fix it. We were able to talk through pricing and what needed to be fixed immediately vs. what could wait for later. All-in-all a very professional business that was a pleasure to work with. European auto works Is a great place to get Is quality work done. The gentleman who runs the front desk is friendly And knowledgeable About the business. However the owner/manager, Not so much.Maybe he was having a bad day. But as a business man myself, he should never let His customers feel that they aren't important to his business.

Acura MDX 2011 - I called Quality 1 this morning to see if they could service my car and they were able to fit me in. They said they could get the required services done before the end of the day and they did. Berani and Robert were very pleasant to deal with and the cost was exactly as was stated when I brought it in. Thank you for the quick work and the great professionalism!
