This 5 star review isn’t being given for “participation” it’s being given because they earned it; no free 5 stars. Long story short is that I decided to by myself a future classic so I picked up a 2006 BMW E46 325ci convertible from a small dealer in Palm Springs a few days before Christmas and dropped it off on 12/26. Going into the process I needed one with a clean interior and exterior however, I knew buying a used car with 124k miles would come with some age related issues which I was financially prepared for. Fast forward to yesterday, 2 days shy of the car being there a month and over $6500 in parts and labor, I picked it up, brought it home and started on my to do list. 3 hours later I look under the car and there’s about 1/2 cup of red fluid. My excitement quickly turned to extreme anger and frustration. This morning after a few calls to the shop, I had the car towed in and moments ago I received a call stating an OEM part they ordered had failed, it would be fixed under warranty and I was assured everything else checked out fine…. Just want I wanted to hear. How a business resolves an issue truly determines their integrity and for this reason, they’ve earned 5 stars. Thank Scott, Berani and especially to Cesar for doing the work.
