Brought in my Rover for service & it was completed within 24 hours. Happy to know that we have a local mechanic shop that services Euro cars ! From the initial call to pick up , everything was great! I brought my car when I needed a 60k mile service after they worked on both my parents’ cars. I only had a couple days between going back to school, Berani was so friendly and accommodating! All three of us will definitely be going back when the time arises.

2014 Jaguar XF - Starter Replacement The team at European Autowerks is a group of consummate professionals. My 2014 Jaguar XF was deadlined and needed to be towed to a reliable location. I had a business card for the European Autowerks website. I was able to book an appointment easily on line with very user friendly software and then was contacted via text. The customer service rep let me know that I did not have to be at the shop when the vehicle arrived and let me know that my quote could be done via text. That was very convenient and worked out well. The team fixed my car, washed it, and included a small bag of amenities that made me feel like a valued customer. Berani, Christian, and Scott were awesome. Great job team!

I brought my 2017 A6 in for rear brake replacement. The dealer wanted over $300 more than European Autowerks quoted. Before calling them up, I did a lot of research called around different places. I found that they have the best reputation and very knowledgeable staff in the area. Hands-down, their staff is much more experienced thanthe dealership. on top of that, they are very caring outgoing and their customer service is amazing. They also washed my car Provided a pen, pad, some candies and an air freshener. I plan on taking my mini Cooper iand Audi to them moving forward.
