Brought my Mercedes to EA after the Mercedes Dealership kept quoting me ridiculous prices with a subpar service team to boot. Berrani and his team took amazing care of my car, constantly keeping me informed, and were up front and honest about prices and the work involved. Every so often they check in with me to see how my car is doing and if there’s anything they can help with. Such a great, solid team! Thanks guys!!

Just got back from my 2nd experience here and again, I was very impressed with their attention to detail and customer service. I wasted so much time at the dealer trying to get them to figure out a temperature sensor issue a few years back. When I recently started experiencing similar issues, I brought my car in to this place and they diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it. They also looked through my maintenance records and discovered that many of the recommended maintenance items hadn't been done when I had been bringing my car in for service. I have a Volvo and it has been difficult to find a solid shop that can service it...until now. Very happy, highly recommend European Autowerks!

I was told by another mechanic that my almost new Mercedes needed a $6000 repair to my AC evap cord. I brought my car to Scott and his team for a second opinion. They had done just great work in the past on my previous car for me. I am GLAD I did. They took the time to dig into every issue and found a small leak that ended up costing my $400.00 I appreciate their professionalism and great communication during the repair process. We brought in a 2010 VW CC with a check engine light and transmission problems. They diagnosed the problems quickly and we're so helpful with figuring out our options. They were completely honest with us and didn't want us to spend a huge amount of money to fix a problem that, with their experience, would only repeat itself. They gave us the option of trying a cheaper fix but told us in their opinion it wasn't likely to help. How many mechanics will tell you the truth over making money? They spent so much time investigating options and evaluating the car and only charged a minimal fee. We have used them in the past and they have always been professional, fast, and fair.

I had a front axle on my 2007 BMW 328 Xi go out. It ended up being a much bigger job than anticipated as it ended up being caused by a failed engine mount and engine mount bracket. Oof Da!! The failed engine mount and bracket ended up snowballing into affecting a few cooling system parts as well, but the team at European Autowerks kept at it and got everything squared away. The communication was good throughout this whole ordeal and they treated me really well. Hopefully I don’t need them again for a long time, but if anything else on my car goes sideways like it did recently, I would have no problem trusting them with another job.

Great customer experience all around. Communication is great and staff are all very calm, happy, and organized, especially when there are a lot of delivery folks coming in and out. They are also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I wasn't expecting a car wash, and other cool goodies. It always feels stressful for me whenever I bring my car in at the dealership or call my mobile mechanic, so I thought I would try this place. It feels like a family walking in there and I immediately relaxed when I heard the birdies lol. Convenient location, near rental car places.

I After the dealership told me all of the over priced service work I needed on my RV, I decided to seek out a shop that worked in European vehicles. I came across European Autowerks and made an appointment. I took my Jayco Melbourne Prestige RV in to be serviced. Without sharing with them what the dealer told me I needed, they advised me on the work they could see I needed, at a fraction of the price of what the dealer told me. My service was completed and I was able to pick it up the same day. They were welcoming, honest, and pleasant to work with. They also sent me off with a small gift bag, which I thought was a very nice gesture. Those little things count! I have made it a point to take my other vehicles to them instead of the dealer, from here on out. Thank you so much for making what was a stressful situation, unbeknownst to you, such a pleasant service experience.
